God tests the love of every heart,
and that’s how this story starts
For testing the love of man to god,
He placed him to face all odds.
But my story is not about them,
it’s about Henry and Fem.
Though she knew he loved her a lot,
but she always teased him like a little tot.
Sitting on the bench he took out a ring and gave her a letter'
In that he wrote 'will you be my partner in crime?'
She laughed and said ‘you are not even worth a dime!
There are hundreds behind me; prove that you love me better.’
With a frown he said I can’t prove it now,
but I shall prove that to you someday, somehow.
With the sunset he took her for a drive,
for he wanted her to be the first to sit on his new bike.
In the journey he removed his helmet and gave it to her
she asked him ‘why?’ but the answer was no more than a murmur.
‘I love u a lot,’ he said and held her hands tight,
she was overjoyed and hugged him tight
He smiled and said, ‘u wear that it’s making me uncomfortable’
She wore that but this unexpected love was like in a fable
When she came to consciousness,
the scene was a complete mess.
In Henry’s blood she lay,
she heard people talk of accident and about break-fail,
Henry caught her hand; she could feel the warmth of his love,
closing his eyes he said, ‘I love you a lot and I proved it now.’
